Authorised use
The Limbius portal is for staff and partners who have been invited to it. Use it only for the work your role covers.
Your account
Keep your password confidential and do not share your account. Repeated failed sign-in attempts lock the account for a period to protect it.
Activity records
Actions taken in the portal are recorded in audit logs so that changes can be traced to the account that made them.
Personal data
Personal information you access or record must be handled for its intended purpose only, and never copied or disclosed without authorisation.
